Originální abstrakt

Improving of sensitivity of piezoceramic sensors demands minimizing of their noise. The paper deals with the study of polarization noise in piezoceramics. Here the thermal noise and polarization noise are the main sources of voltage and current fluctuation. Noise spectral density is proportional to sample equivalent parallel resistance and decreases with increasing frequency. We proved, in accordance with experimental results, that at low frequencies the polarization noise measured (measured noise after substraction of thermal noise) is 1/f type.
