Originální abstrakt

The paper presents a single-objective optimization of a nine-part Yagi antenna using the MCL2 algorithm. The optimization of the antenna is performed with respect to their input impedance, gain, and radiation pattern. The reached results are confronted with ones obtained by the generational genetic algorithms (GA) in the end. The application of the originally developed polytope algorithm – the MCL2 – to the complex optimization of a Yagi antenna is the original contribution of this paper.
