Originální abstrakt

The plan of common facilities is an important part of the land consolidation project. It is a set of measures creating conditions for access to lands (traffic network) and conditions for improvement of the environment (land resources conservation and development, water management, enhancement of landscape ecological stability). The costs of land consolidation are covered mainly by public resources. Considerable investment costs are necessary for the implementation of structures. The volume of investments is given by the estimation of construction costs.
