This article describes situation corporate finance of bank credit, venture capital and lease finance. The most frequently used source of external financing are bank credits, interests on total credits in 1995-1998 were 12,54 - 13,22%. The total volume of capital investments by venture capital in year 1998 were 860,4 millions Kč. At present there are about 260 leasing companies of different types in the Czech Republic, total investmenst in 1998 were 63,5 billions Kč. The value of new lease contractes executed in the Czech Republic represented about 1,5 % of all European contracts.
