This article describes situation corporate finance of bank credit and lease finance. The profitability of companies with 100 or more employees in year 1998 was 4,14%. The most frequently used source of external financing are bank credits, interests on total credits in 1995-1998 were 12,54-13,22%. Lease statistic from 1991 to 1998 are a demonstration of the fact that the process of consolidation of our lease market has begung. At present there are about 260 leasing companies of different types in the total investmenst in 1998 were 63,5 billions Kč.
