The total artificial heart(TAH) is expected for the the TAH patient to spent a high quality of life. In the last zaers the systesmfor such a portable TAH systems have been constructed and tested in the Brno University of Technologies. Drives for TAH are described in the article presented using classical motors and the magnetic bearing motors.
