Originální abstrakt

The paper discuses the design of an acquisition unit for real filters measurements. The unit consists of harmonic generator using direct digital synthesis, bank of active and passive analog filters and logarithm measuring chain. The measured data are transferred to the PC via USB port. Using parametric fault diagnosis in frequency domain the actual values of circuit parameters are estimated.
