Abstrakt

PlugIn for Myenteric Plexus and Smooth Muscle layer images processing and counting ICC cells in studying Diverticular disease. This Plugin is designed for ImageJ software in Java language. It can automatically find ganglia in the image or manually bound and count ICC cells inside the ganglia. The result can be manually supervised. This tool can calculate ICC cells density in ganglia and make a basic statistics in the case of multiple ganglia occurance in th image.
