Abstrakt

Software for rigid registration of frames in sequence. Enable to registration sequences for perfusion analysis obtained using ultrasound imaging system or magnetic resonance. Algorithm of registration is based on mutual information similarity measure with multi subsequences approach with preprocessing (speckle noise suppression, edge enhancement).
