Keramický dentální pilíř umožňuje přímé nanesení keramické korunky. Tím je dosaženo vyšší estetické hodnoty. Struktura a vlastnosti pilířeu splňují podmínky normy pro chirurgickou biokeramiku na bázi ZrO2. Vzhledem k malým a komplikováným rozměrům byl implantát vyroben injekčním vstřikováním keramiky. Byly nalezeny technologické parametry metody umožňujíící vyrobit díly požadované kvality.

Ceramic dental abutment enables direct deposition of a ceramic crown. Using the ceramic abutment a higher estetic value is reached. Microstructure and properties of the abutment fulfil the requirements of an international standard for zirconia surgical bioceramics. Due to its small and complex shape the implant was prepared by ceramic injection moulding method. Conditions abd parameters of the processing method were established that enabled the production of implants with requested properties.
