Period of financial crisis is a challenging time for many businesses. In each country can observe the effort to search the set of best recommendations and rules that should help enterprises from financial crisis. This issue was deal in his work an economist and marketing specialist Hermann Simon. This contribution concerns the comparison of results of research conducted in the Czech Republic with the results, which rings the mentioned author. Aspects affecting the survival of enterprises are listed in a comprehensive report. Research for the comparative method is further strengthened and complemented by a subjective evaluation of consumers - the results of this survey are processed using fuzzy logic
