Building air tightness highly affect on interior microclimate of building, especially heat states and states of moisture. It affect on useful life of this building too. A certain restricted flow of air through building constructions has a positive influence on their internal climates. In this paper, influence of flow of air on building constructions is studied from the theoretical point of view.
