At present buliding satellite towns and new suburban towns are increasing, whitch are impacting ecology and deterioration of environmentaly throug increasing traffic load. This problem is possilble to solve implementing „clear“ traffic. As „clear“ traffic are using electric vehicles. In this situation is need increase driving range of electric vehicles and shorten time of charging. By comparing price of NiCd and NiMH batteries are competent for using fast charging. This method are shorting time of charging and longing life time of batteries in elektic vehicles.
