Under the influence of the changing business environment, the view on company performance has also changed.New approaches have appeared in response to contemporary approaches to measuring and managing company performance. Different approaches to company performance measurements haver different pros and cons, which limits their applicability in corporate practice.The essence of using such yadsticks is not only to measure certain values, the yadsticks are also to be used as management tools. Specific conditions in individual companies are an important aspect of performance,which, to a large extent, may influence the effects of the selected type of measurement.
