Originální abstrakt

Although a wide range of concrete binders is available for speciallist applications, by far largest volume is based on Portland cement. Mineral additions to Portland cement, particularly of artificial puzzolans such as fly ash, silica fume and blast furnace slag, and the use of more chemically spacific admixtures continue to gain acceptance in many parts of the world.It also meets the nergy-saving demand and environment compatibility of 21th centrury.But there are big gaps of Portland cement in producing conditions and processes, qaulity control, especially standardisation between Europe and China. With participating WTO and adopting Europe standardisation of cement, it is impotant to improve the quality of cement in China and increase its competitive ability in international market. In this paper, a large of data is collected, analysis and comparision og the data is carried out, also, the improvement and way-out of cement in China has been included.
