Originální abstrakt

This paper describes the calculations of the homogeneity of the magnetic field inside the coils used in magnetic resonance. The Taylor’s and spherical expansions are presented, the conversion between them is shown, and the relation of such calculations to our problem is discussed. The methods presented here are generally applicable to every coil used in MR, but for the clarity we show the methods used on the capacitive shortened Saddle coil.
