Interdigitated electrodes (IDES) are used a lot for chemical sensors. But they are not used in conductivity precise measurements of a liquid solution. Our research is focused on conductometric chemical sensors and to investigate precise electronic detector. We have done measurements of the cell impedance to describe behavior of the IDES. We had extracted a lot of parameters to make model and compare it with theory.
