Originální abstrakt

This article discusses the possibilities of localizing face and eyes in static color images using the Viola-Jones detector. First we will describe our usage of the skin color image component for the task of face detection with Viola-Jones object detector. The second part describes experimental application of Viola-Jones object detector for eyes localization using eye color map. The resulting algorithm has been benchmarked on images from the Georgia Tech Face Database.
