The paper focuses on the knowledge management versus human capital. Its purpose is to describe mutual relations between the knowledge management and the knowledge worker as the holder of specific knowledge. It may be concluded that key information about the knowledge workers within the company, not just the higher-level management, but indeed all employees, should be important for each company.
