In this paper we present a new application for modelling differential and difference equations. This application was designed for purposes of the “Modelling of biological systems” course which is taught at our department. Our aim was to give the students a modelling tool which would be free of cost and therefore would allow them to study particular problems at home. This in result will lead to more space for discussion and experiments in the labs.
