Originální abstrakt

This study describes one of the most important elements in Polish transformation process - the process of denationalization of state ownership. A lot of ways gave strong individual character to the Polish privatization, that enable to choose the most optimal methods for every concrete case. The target of the best part of projects was achievement of real economical changes in privatizated factories, no only of legal changes. As negative aspect of Polish model is considered relatively low change rate.

Anglický abstrakt
