There are many factors that influence values of arterial pressure. Water and electrolyte management closely related to a function of kidneys is one of the mentioned factors having great importance. That is the reason why various attempts have been described for modelling control mechanisms used in maintaining arterial pressure in human body. This paper analyses some fundamental principles of the arterial pressure control connected to performance of kidneys.
