Originální abstrakt

The contribution deals with a fairly new method for phase and structural analysis called EBSD - Electron Backscatter Diffraction. Introduction into the basic principles of the method is provided. Field of use of the EBSD with various forms of outcomes are presented. Some examples of utilization of the method are given and comparison with the TEM and light microscopy is also outlined.
