Cílem této práce je upozornit na možnost využití techniky rtg. difrakce při studiu reálné struktury kovových materiálů, a to na základě studia azimutálního profilu difrakčních linií.

The goal of this paper is to draw attention to an X-ray (XRD)technique which allows to obtain very useful data on the internal data on the internal structure of materials The technique consist in the examination of the azimuthal (lateral) diffraction line profile.
