Originální abstrakt
Requirements for non standard methods of imaging a well as measurements of very fine components, coatings, junctions, different material structure tracking and very high precision surface roughness testing are growing increasingly. This is why Olympus has developed and launched a new, very attractive optical device called LEXT confocal laser scanning measuring microscope, for sub-micron imaging of surfaces, featuring an outstanding resolution power and allowing for high accuracy 3D measurements.
