Machine vision and data analysis are the two science branches which are closely related to each other. The RapidMiner (RM) platform provides a variety of tools for data analysis. However, it does not provide operators for image processing and image feature extraction. This paper introduces three new RM extensions. At the time of writing the paper they provide more than one hundred different operators, which bring image processing capability to the RM platform. This paper gives an insight into the extension core and also several use-cases that demonstrate the extension potentials.
