The objective of this paper is to present the results of the research project called Bariéry rozvoje financování rizikovým kapitálem v České republice , the project identification number is FP-J-10-4. The research is funded by the internal grant agency of the Faculty of business and management of the Brno University of Technology. The objective of this research is to identify the problems of financing by means of Private Equity and Venture Capital in Czech Republic. The result is to identify the main problems preventing companies to use PE/VC capital and to formulate a set of recommendations that help to improve the situation.

Anglický abstrakt
