Der Beitrag beschreibt die Untersuchung des Raumklimas einer Schwimmbadhalle mittels CFD-Simulation (Computational Fluid Dynamics) in FLUENT. Die Halle ist ein grosser, gegliederter Raum mit unterschiedlichen Arten von Heizelementen und Auslässen. Experimentelle Messungen im Vorfeld haben bereits den mangelnden thermischen Komfort, der physisch deutlich spürbar ist, bestätigt. Unter Verwendung von FLUENT wurden detaillierte Simulationen des Raumverhaltens im Winter durchgeführt. Bei diesen stationären Simulationen wurden Wärmeleitung, Strahlung und Konvektion inklusive Feuchtigkeitstransport berücksichtigt. Die Ergebnisse der Simulation haben entscheidend dazu beigetragen, die Problemzonen zu detektieren. Als Hauptursachen für den mangelnden Komfort wurden die kühlende Wirkung der Wasserrutsche sowie eine fehlende Zoneneinteilung des Lüftungssystems identifiziert.

Anglický abstrakt

The paper describes investigation of the indoor environment of a pool hall by means of CFD simulation (Computational Fluid Dynamics) in software FLUENT. A set of detailed simulations of the indoor air quality as well as thermal comfort was conducted for winter conditions. In these simulations, stationary heat conduction, convection and radiation were considered, including moisture transport. The simulation results greatly helped to identify the problem causing areas. The main causes of the discomfort identified were: the cooling effect of the switchback and the ventilation system design and the poor ventilation system design - zoning ignored.
