Businesses today face a very a challenge against globalization. The only businesses that survive are the biggest ones. Thus businesses need to artificially grow, either by expanding themselves, or by external growth, also called an acquisition or a merger. In this process another company is bought and managed. The focus of this essay will be the human resources and the Human resource Management in Mergers and Acquisition. This essay will describe the different roles that have to be done by HRM, including communication, training and recruitment.
