The paper gives some of the achieved results of monitoring the morphology of the river bottom by the method of electrical impedance spectrometry (EIS) on a physical model. A new construction of the measuring probe has been made and tested for measurement. The achieved results were compared with comparable measurements achieved by other available methods.
