Originální abstrakt

Paper deals with industrial application of Laboratory of Rockwell control sstems that is located in the Department of Control and Instrumentation of the FEEC Brno University of Technology. First part of the paper is dedicated to presentation of the HW/SW configuration of the Laboratory and enumeration of Laboratoty activities in education of students and of professional courses for industry. In the second part of the contribution there are described advanced tests of soft/starter and AC drive for testing of electrical engines after seismic tests. The last part of the paper deals with outlook in an innovative project of laboratory activities and enhancements.
