A lot of academics theories are focused on all aspects of purchasing and supply chain strategies on the global markets. But main issue of purchasing is a question of measurement and evaluation purchasing performance in a new environment of supply chains and supply networks. Following article will focus on issues, which are connected with construction suitable purchasing measurement system.
