Originální abstrakt
In recent years, the European transition toward zero-emission infrastructure has led to a substantial increase in the deployment of small-scale photovoltaic plants (PVPs). These systems, typically integrated into residential electrical installations, impose significant technical demands on existing power grids. This paper evaluates communication technologies commonly utilized in small-scale PV networks and builds upon prior research regarding a Multi-RCAT modem unit designed for such environments, including its subsequent functional enhancements. A comprehensive series of prototype evaluations is presented, with a specific focus on communication reliability and security. Finally, a preliminary assessment of G3-PLC technology is provided, focusing on its applicability to small-scale PV network use cases.
