The pulsed electromagnetic (EM) field response of a bounded (2 + 1)-D, time-varying (TV) conductive thin sheet is analyzed numerically with the aid of the Cagniard-DeHoop method of moments. The problem formulation is based on the time-domain (TD) EM reciprocity theorem of the time-convolution type and incorporates saltus-type conditions with a TV discontinuity. Illustrative numerical examples that validate the novel TD integral equation model are presented.
