The study integrates machine learning techniques to enhance data interpretation, reduce user-dependent variability, and improve consistency in property evaluation. The proposed method enables systematic extraction of complex dielectric behavior and links material structure with potential applications, offering a more reliable and scalable approach for materials characterization and design.
