Originální abstrakt

This work investigates magnetically induced negative stiffness for reducing the resonance frequency of a loudspeaker diaphragm. An off-the-shelf driver modified with added mass and a neodymium magnet achieved a stable reduction of nearly one octave while maintaining quasi-linear behavior. The approach enables compact tuning of electroacoustic resonators for low-frequency absorption applications.
