4-WP11-001: Software for identification of noise sources of mobile systems

Software

The software for identifying noise sources was completed. The work focused on research and development activities aimed at validating and refining original algorithmic approaches for processing experimental acoustic data, including optimization of computational complexity and assessment of robustness. A key research task was the experimental verification of methods enabling identification of noise source contributions using a limited number of sensors, specifically configurations with only two microphones. The developed algorithms were systematically tested under different operating conditions and data sets, including comparison of alternative algorithmic variants. All functional modules of the software were finalized, including data processing, project management, definition and grouping of noise sources, and automated report generation. The software was also verified on data from different types of machinery, confirming applicability beyond mobile systems.
