Originální abstrakt

In an earlier work, mathematics and statistics learning support (MSLS) service was considered as an agent providing effective feedback which should be an integral part of the process of learning mathematics. The conclusion was that MSLS provision perfectly fits within constructivist approach to feedback and should be promoted with this perspective. In this paper, we first recall the main challenges to MSLS provision. Then we include some sustainability strategies and real world examples of MSLS service developments. Finally, we introduce the concept of “right to an effective feedback” that could be an option how to promote the perspective of MSLS as and integral part of a university.
