Ověřená technologie

Technologií je souhrn po sobě následujících kroků vedoucích k finálnímu výrobku. Nejedná se tedy o výsledek typu poloprovoz i když je ve finále technologie ověřená v provozních podmínkách. Výchozím zadáním je výkres tvaru odlévaného kola. Tento výkres je upraven tak, aby vznikl matematický model v systému Magma. Jedná se o 3D model, který umožňuje simulaci tuhnutí odlitku a kde je jako parametr i vstupní teplota taveniny. Řešení začíná výpočtem při standardní teplotě taveniny. Výsledek výpočtu je vidět obrazově znázorněn.

Technology is a set of consecutive steps leading to the final product. It is therefore not a pilot-run result, even if the technology is ultimately verified in operating conditions. The initial input is a drawing of the shape of a cast wheel. This drawing is modified to create a mathematical model in the Magma system. This is a 3D model that allows simulation of the solidification of the casting and where the input melt temperature is also a parameter. The solution begins with a calculation at the standard melt temperature. The result of the calculation can be seen in the image.
