Abstrakt

The result is a hydraulic cylinder for closing the main landing gear of the L-39NG aircraft. The cylinder stroke is 232±1[mm] and the working pressure is p = 21 [MPa]. The cylinder is mainly made of 30ChGSA steel. Fatigue tests on samples show a possible change of material to 15-5PH H1025. System description:The hydraulic cylinder opens and closes the main landing gear of the L-39NG aircraft. The landing gear cylinder is not under pressure when retracted. When the opening/closing sequence is started, the maximum pressure in the cylinder is 21[MPa]. In the open position, the nose landing gear cylinder is constantly under pressure. In the open position, the main landing gear cylinder is stressed by ground loads; the locking mechanism is part of the cylinder.
