In the article the author elucidate current state of knowledge in the area of company performance measurements and evaluation associated with competitive advantage. Then she describes the main approach to benchmarking like a part of the system of company measurements. In the article the author emphasises a task of marketing information system at the benchmarking. The aim of this article is thrust home an importance of benchmarking at metering efficiency company and the necessity of its loading.
