Submitted paper describes selected parts of wide research of digital data compression of multimedia high-speed transmission systems. Whole research is focused to encoding and decoding algorithm by known recommendation MPEG. Different mathematical relationships and formulas are reflected and then they are discussed and optimized. Several models of systems are also designed for behavior modeling. The MATLAB software is profitable used. First rate attention is given to samples decimation and mask components. Optimizing of MPEG compression principle is given by indicated processes and algorithms.
