This study deals with the pilot mechanical characterization of a special AAAC composed of waste brick power (0/1mm), brick rubble (1/4mm) and a solution of potassium water glass with a silicate modulus Ms of 1.4. The results showed that a suitable mixture composition af alkali-activated aluminosilicate composite may partially eliminate microcracks,which are typical for thi type of binder.
