Originální abstrakt
This paper deals with the observation of the changes in the perovskite layer of CH3NH3PbI3-xClx caused by external influences, especially humidity. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) measurement was used to monitor changes in the structure of perovskite solar cells. The measurement confirmed the increase in the amount of lead iodide over time. Another finding is that perovskite active layer created in an inert atmosphere has a less continuous morphology than structure created in the air-filled glove box. After moisture exposure both of the subjected samples have unified leading to the enlargement of its volume. Interesting findings is that chlorine during the manufacturing process contributes to the perovskite growth without incorporating into the final structure.
