Titanium dioxide doped with Niobium was synthesized by sol-gel route from alkoxide precursors. The gel obtained was dried to get the nanopowders and then calcined at various temperatures. Three different concentration of Nb has been made: 0,05 wt%, 0,2 wt% and 0,4 wt%.
