Software

The software tool Voc@tory can be helpful mostly in the case of music applications. The Voc@tory allows to user analyse recorded vocal or instrumental track in time domain to performed motes, exactly frequencies. After analysis, the track can be tuned to desired notes automatically or manually on partial segments or on the whole duration. If retuning is done, the Voc@tory tool can create a polyphonic track based on original retuned track. The polyphonic (PolyVocals) function can create up to five backing vocals (tracks) and for each different tone shift, panning and volume can be set by user. By performed observations, the Voc@tory reaches more precise fundamental frequency detection than other commercial tools.
