Originální abstrakt

In our contribution, we will demonstrate the possible difference of the structure element reliability according to the stress type - tension and buckling. For both problems, the choice of an appropriate method of permanent and random loads combination, and verification of values of partial reliability factors recommended in [1] will be discussed. We will show that the steel of one strength class should be defined not only by its characteristic value but also by its prescribed variation coefficient and by minimum skewness of yield strength distribution.
