This paper presents a fraction of the ongoing research at the Faculty of Civil Engineering Brno University of Technology which is devoted to the verification of the possibility to use solidification products prepared from selected types of hazardous waste in building industry. Presented paper deals with the verification of possibility of its use as a material used in the construction of road embankment.
