Database of electrical signals (electrograms and monophasic action potential) recorded from surface of isolated hearts from small animal is presented on webpage: http://www.dbme.feec.vutbr.cz/vyzkum-a-vyvoj/produkty. The database can be useful for evaluation of known or development of new approaches for processing and analysis of cardiac electrical signals and for studies of electrophysiology of animal heart (e.g. under repeated ischemia condition). More detailed information about possible utilizing of experimental data and related projects with publications is presented on webpage. Signals are available upon request.
