Originální abstrakt

The paper deals with radiowaves propagation modelling. This modelling is focused on utilisation in cellular GSM system. Radiowaves propagation in the open area of the GSM macrocells is handled in the article. The method of calculation of the transmission way attenuation, which is described in this article, was designed with respect for environs with unequal attenuation factor. Developed model is used for the signal coverage and the signal-to-noise ratio calculation.

Anglický abstrakt

The paper deals with radiowaves propagation modelling. This modelling is focused on utilisation in cellular GSM system.
